The NEIGHBOR team partnered with BCH Agency and The Kentucky Lottery to conjure up this 30-second spot, which features nine unique monster characters. We delivered a  30-second spot and a 15-second cutdown.      I planned out the animatic and structure for this story. I also aided in character design, animation, art direction, and final compositing.
